Leading with Language.

Each word we choose has a different meaning, and so, as we change the way we use the spoken or written word, we carve up the world slightly different way.

Over time, a different use of language provides the speaker with a reiteration of a different narrative or world view.

We then see the world according to this framework our words impose – then the brain likes to seek information to match the expectations.

We see what we want and expect to see far more often than what is there.

What information are you seeking?

What’s the tone of your language used both externally, and internally?

What can these two tell you about the likely outcome that you will create?

Will you take a stand for language that shapes a type of narrative or wold view that serves you, your business and others?
