Fast/Slow Clarity

Volume of work can often help to bring clarity.

If I write ten pages on a topic in a draft, I start to get clear. I can become more succinct through a reduction process.

And perhaps there’s also another kind of clarity. One that comes from a more relaxed nervous system.

One that doesn’t come from executing on a plan straight away, but from a pause.

One that comes from sitting into our body, not our mind, and feeling the path forward through the trees, rather than clearing the path by force.
