There’s no line

In the marathon, there’s kind of a line. A completion point.

Until you enter the next one…

In strength training, there’s really no line. You learn something, and the line shifts.

It turns out, it’s the same in business.

Often people in sales will talk about “getting someone over the line.” And while that might be a point of transaction, or a release of tension, it’s certainly not where the relationship (or sale) ends. How you get people to the line, how you bring them across, and how you work with them once they’re in the door is all equally important.

There really is no line – the whole journey tells a story.
