Training, Exercise and Connection

Kind of like money, we often put fitness, training, body composition on a pedestal. 

It’s a physical, visual representation of our whole selves that we present to the world. 

However, deep down, we know the true gold in life is Connection. We feel this in moments we share with others, or with nature. When we are truly present. It’s love, freedom and connection.

When you look look at the world through the lens of fostering Connection, then your training journey is a tool.

It’s a tool to help you build vitality to then connect more powerfully. It’s also a way to connect, with your body and with others in a shared environment.

This is contrary to the competitive mindset and instantly makes exercise more enjoyable.
