Failing

The type of training we do has movement “complexity” relatively high.

This means that we are challenged with new patterns or skill sets quite often.

The person who doesn’t like failing, doesn’t like “not being good” at something finds this uncomfortable.

However, this tension is where growth lies.

So, we have a choice:

We can choose to engage in things that we are already good at, rise to be the big fish in a small pond, and be comfortable.

OR, we can throw ourselves in the deep end, accept that failing is actually the only way forward. Then, fail as much as we can, daily, as we learn and grow.
