Not everything is visible.
Exercise, skill development, in work/business, these all have a lot of “behind the scenes” progress which can be made.
On our journey then, after training, or a days work, rather than look at how many hours or time spent, or look for only visual outcome, we can ask ourselves how much value we created.
In the body, a lot of this value creation can remain hidden and can often cause frustration, or even quitting too early.
Sleep improvements, wellbeing, mobility, emotional shifts, adding value to others, or strength progress – these are never linear progressions and may even look stagnant at times.
But, if, on a session by session basis, you are adding value, then eventually it will shine through and you will see the rewards.
