Finding the Flaws with the Important Things

Where are you failing to connect powerfully?

What is wrong with how you are training? Is your current approach to nutrition serving you?

What is missing from your restorative practice? Your strength work? Your mobility work?

Finding gaps in such high level areas that we often ignore or take for granted provides a huge reward. These are asymmetric trades – with small, repeated efforts here, we can have a top down effect in many other areas in our life.

By coming back to these areas regularly with an attitude of inquiry – by welcoming the finding of flaws, we can dramatically shift how we feel, how we perform, our immunity, our functionality, our relationships.
