You’ve seen a ton around mindfulness and meditation, heard different gurus or magasine columnists talk or write about it.
You’ve tried it a few times, but mostly from an App. The practice has remained patchy.
The way it’s “packaged,” or presented to you seems foreign. It’s for other people… Yogis maybe.
However, something still pulls at you.
You’re right. It does. Why?
Meditation is our “science of the inner.” We have this one way of observing and learning more about how our mind works. Learning more about our fragmented perception of reality. Learning more about seeing a truer reality.
Let alone the benefits for our health, stress levels, relationships and depth of connection.
We can go to talks, seminars, learn lots about mindset, but still not touch on the areas that we can go into with meditation. Powerful paradigm shifts happen in these other areas, sure, but the depth of potential learning and insight from observation of the inner world is still far greater.
So, if you’re intrigued, you are right.
If you’ve looked around a little and the “packaging” has deterred you, look again.
This is the one that you don’t want to miss.
