Succinct, yet powerful. I thought that was worth sharing. If your training is long, arduous, a chore and leaves you with a frown, then perhaps it’s time to reframe the whole thing.
Our practice should be fun, uplifting and feel good from start to finish.
At the end of the day, although it can be soft, hard, long, slow, fast or anything in between, movement is the essence.
