When You do it, Does it Make You Feel?

There’s a scientific paper to support most theories on why we should do one thing or another.

There’s also a marketing campaign that will leave you wanting more of almost any product.

If you want to engage, there’s an invitation to partake, improve in and compete in any sport, business or hobby that you can imagine.

The ultimate question though, when you stand alone, without the influence of others, how does it make you feel?

If the task, sport, or path you’re on makes you feel abundant, healthier, more connected, more loving, then it’s the right one.

If it’s anything less than this though, have a closer look. You might just be in it for the hustle, the competition, or perhaps the most dangerous: the need to be busy.
