Well, we are always starting out, we never get anywhere.
But still, a few things to consider in terms of the “health and fitness” journey:
– We constantly are getting brainwashed/conditioned/confused by media, education, society. The right foods, the right exercise, the right job… This brainwashing is a given
– We can’t know what to do first, until we realise (experientially) the above fact
– We need to understand the difference between the feeling of well-being/health and excitation/stimulation.
– We need to take the time to develop awareness and find what “feels” right in our centre vs. with our ego/periphery.
From here, we can learn the basics, practice, increase frequency etc. But the above is the pre-checklist, checklist.
