In action, we are occupied. Yes, we are completing work, but we are also are locked in.
In inaction, we are open. Of course, nothing is getting done, but we are free to choose where we move next.
The blend of course is the balance of action/inaction. Do and be. Work and rest.
Easy to articulate, difficult to do.
As distractions increase, we find the trap is when we have constant action with limited results. The business, the checking, the doing, but with little return, or worse, a negative return.
The fastest way out of the mess of course, is to just stop. To pause for a moment. To check in with the breath and to regain the stilnes for a moment, the position of the highest potential.
