You Get to Lead.

The minimum role of the follower (or maybe employee) might be to follow a system, an operating procedure for maintaining order.

The leader welcomes the unknown and disorder. They are creative. They move forward, even though they see the fear.

It may be with your self or it may be among others, but if you notice an area of tension or pain, then things are out of the ordinary.

Disorder!

You get to lead.

To “lead” is to be creative – it could be creating a solution to the problem for the team or it could be to create deeper connections at home. It could be to create a mass movement.

But it also could be creating and sharing a poem, a piece of art or publishing a new song you wrote.

All of these involve disorder, all of these require us to lead and all of these involve fear.
