Which one do you want to create?
Either is fine.
If you prefer to use your movement or your training to create a level of strength, mobility, coordination and awareness that supports you on your journey on earth, an asset, then the type of work you do might look quite different.
This is long game.
If you just want the stimulus on the other hand, then this is a lot easier to both create and to buy.
This is available from writing out the latest high intensity workout, or from screen that shows you an exercise, a stop-watch, some loud music and some hyperventilation.
(yes, they can co-exist – a spectrum, but usually an emphasis on the former will mean a level of patience that detracts from the latter. It is helpful to know which one you are after before you decide your next steps.)
