I use these questions with myself and people I work with to help create more intention and clarity around making change and starting something new.

They are also great questions to help you with the next steps of the process.

When a lot of people are focusing on New Year’s Resolutions and habit shifts, these questions can also help you see and weed out acts which aren’t serving you or simply aren’t worth your time!
