Chaos

We “work well” with recognised patterns.

Linearity – change the input and see an expected output.

Familiar faces, places and behaviours and habits – we can relax, go into auto pilot.

It allows “efficiency.”

Chaos, is disruption. The cyclone that hits our everyday environment and causes us to stop.

To really look.

“Chaos should be regarded as very good news.” Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche

For these moments, there is no narrative. We haven’t seen this before.

There is a great emphasis on habits as we recognise the need to optimise our patterns, but as much as we embrace the efficiency they provide, we also can embrace the chaos that demands awareness, empathy and action when we trip.
