There is one sure-fire way to completely avoid resistance and avoid a lot of common forms of fear.
This is to never express.
To never create.
But because action, experience and expression often leads our belief system and encourages us to look deeper, high frequency creation, idea expression and contribution is a powerful tool for developing our own point of view.
So cultivating a point of view is an option for all of us. For every human. It’s a choice.
But the other side of that choice is figuring out how to manage the fear that goes with expression.
