The Lifecycle of Your Food

While there are a lot of different beliefs around food and diets, there is one foundation that seems to hold true:

There is nothing but upside for understanding where your food comes from and how it is made.

The rest can come next. If you know where it comes from and how it’s made, straight off the bat it’s either going to feel right, or it’s not. From here, we can of course go deeper.

What happens if we do more than understand the lifecycle?

What happens if we understand and appreciate each part of it?

We started this around food, but we can extend this to our work or business as well. When we take the time to connect with all aspects of our work – when we “humanise” everyone in our organisation or business, there is nothing but upside.

When we are “seen” and appreciated, and feel that we belong, we outperform.
