That’s where it gets tricky.
Yep, free as a bird– do the work you love from home, take a nap, set your own rules, have meetings at the cafe…
On the other hand, this freedom can create a problem, as we loseboundaries.
If you want to bring your full self to work, and be present in other areas of life, the more “free” you are, the more boundaries matter. Deciding what you “do” and don’t “do” is important, if you want to make things happen.
This applies to everyone of course.
The only difference here is, you now have to set these yourself. Stepping into the role of “being your own boss” is liberating, but it also in a way, needs to be a ruthless movement.
