Making it to the airport before the plane takes off in peak hour traffic is a time thing.
Whatever the cause, here we find ourselves “pressed for time.”
Writing a book, producing an album, or starting a business though is a little trickier. Yes, there’s a time consideration, but we are moving into a grey zone.
Is this something you want? Have you fully considered it?
Sometimes, the time constraint is valid.
Most of the time though, when we hear “I don’t have time” what we really are hearing is, I’m not sure if that’s something that may be in line with my goals, and it probably is a little scary if I consider actually doing it.
When there’s fear involved (tip, we’re all afraid), there’s resistance.
When there’s resistance involved, we have mental and physiological tension and distraction.
When we’re distracted, we don’t have time.
