Creating Leaders

There aren’t many commonalities with leaders.

Some are loud, some are quiet. Some move fast, some create space and sit back. Some lead a friend, some lead a corporation.

Effectively, the common thread is that they all “lead,” and they all have a grasp of the “soft skills” – they understand that to lead is really to humanise their environment and situation.

Now, it turns out, when you can help those around you become leaders, your projects, work or journey also really benefits from this.

And that is exactly what Vik Hawksley is doing over at Anatomy in Motion, a Sydney based strength and movement gym.

His tribe is thriving, he’s creating new offerings for coaches, he has a wait-list at the gym and runs a growing online community, and he is a huge advocate for developing the “soft-skills” alongside progressing in his craft as a technician.

I recently interviewed Vik for the Access Potential Podcast, and I wanted to share it here today on the blog, as there’s something for everyone.

You can find this latest episode here, or it’s also on my site under “Podcasts.”
