Practicing Enrolment

Enrolment is the act of inviting someone along to your future with a particular possibility.

I’ve created this thing, we are going over here – this is what it looks like, this is what you may find – would you like to come?”

The thing is, enrolment is very, very important.

It’s the difference between a lone wolf, and a team. Between a loner, and a leader. It can change your future, your friendship group, your mentors and your bank account.

Like any skill though, we need practice. And in today’s world, we need that practice on different mediums, it we need to take that practice in small steps.

So what’s something small you’d like to enrol us in?

Who can you invite along?

What is your new future you’d like to create?

Now is as good a time as any to start small, reach out to a few friends and invite them along. Listen, offer, empathise, enthuse, create new possibility, see what works for you and what doesn’t in this enrolment process.

If things aren’t going the way you want, it’s highly possible you just need more practice in enrolment.
