Ideas are cheap, if we have a lot.
As with most things, as supply goes up, demand drops.
As idea generation increases, our perception of value of the idea decreases.
As idea importance decreases, we get to look further down the chain. We quickly see that with ideas being cheap, importance now lies in the execution.
Drawing, writing, sketching, brain writing – these are all great ways to learn to “ideate” – to generate a lot of ideas.
The ability to ideate gives us a different perspective on the value of ideas.
Ideas get cheap. And that’s a good thing.
The ability to see the low value of just the idea, really allows us to focus on what happens next.
