The new Formula 1 pit-stop world record is 1.82 seconds.
In this time, the car comes to a complete stop, and the crew swaps out the tires (to be honest, they may do some other things that I’m not sure about as well.)

Completely stop.
Not cruise social media or emails kind of stop, but systematically come to a grinding halt.
Everyone is different, but if you’re going hard in your movement, or your work, it might pay to insert a little quiet time here and there to regroup.
Press the pause button, put the feet up, allow the eyes to gaze the horizon for a moment.
You might be surprising the result it can bring.
