Recreating the known

One, two, maybe three repetitions and we have a path.

We have a “way to go,” a best practice.

By rep 150, we’ve got lock in. This is how we roll.

When we seek to change things, or change confronts us, we rebuild. And our typical desire is to rebuild what we already have done before.

We recreate the known.

What if we pause? What if we ask questions? What if we look for feedback?

Knowing what I now know, is this the best way to go?

What does better look like?
