When we get behind.

What happens when we get “behind?”

Behind at work, behind on a health program, behind on a side project.

Usually, we do one of two things:

  1. We go huge. Double time. Light speed multi-tasking.
  2. We give up completely, and squander time until next week, when we’ve had some kind of “reset,” and it’ll be a “fresh start.

What if we chose to do something that was both small and helpful instead?

What’s one little task we could check off to take us a step closer?
