There’s another café 8 minutes car ride away.
Not the quick take-away place. Eat-in meals, single origin coffee and a bunch of classy teas.
And they have an “iced coffee…”
When you order this one, it comes out on a wooden chopping-board, laid out in a special way:
In one glass is cold brew coffee with ice.⠀
In another glass is some chilled water.⠀
The third cup is half full of milk.
Then there’s some honey in a little tiny upside-down-cap as well, and a card telling you about the coffee.
The “iced coffee” comes to your table completely blown apart, spread out on a piece of wood.
It takes them longer to make it, and longer to set up.
For the user, it takes more energy to figure out what goes where and when, and, it takes up way more table space.
On top of that, it’s more expensive than anywhere else on the street.
The guests love it. This place is full.
The owner knows that his customers value a rich experience. He knows that they’re not there for a quick-fix.
So, he puts a lot of energy into creating unique and exciting ways to serve them.
You don’t always need quick, actionable content in your biz.⠀
You probably don’t need a more complicated client retention strategy.
You don’t need to drop prices.
You need energy to innovate, light us up, and help us in the transformation we want to make.
