Habit: “A recurrent, often unconscious pattern of behaviour that is acquired through frequent repetition.”
What about non-habit?
“Less frequent, conscious, non-pattern behaviour?”
Innovative thinking? Creativity? New and exciting projects?
A conscious effort to see, celebrate, create and support the good?
While I know habit has an important role in my own life, I can tell you it’s the bursts of energy and willingness to move into non-habit with persistence that has led to any significant projects or changes.
While we’re consistently told to create better habits, I’m more interested in how I can break them to create better non-habits.
