When we’re fired up to the eyeballs with good energy, an adverse local environment is a speed bump. No problem.
As the timeframe extends though (becoming chronic), the nature of the environment becomes more important.
Ultimately, whether it’s water quality, light, or energetic nature of the people around us, over a long timeframe, we become inseparable to the environment. We adapt to it, and in a way, become it.
While it’s nice to think about “remaining seperate from our surroundings,” this doesn’t hold up on a physiological level over a long period. And just because we’re capable of survival in adverse conditions, doesn’t mean it’s a good strategy.
Wherever possible, significant effort needs to go into organising or creating an environment that supports a higher energetic state.
