A “reflection window” something we can create at the end of a project.
It’s a period of time. Maybe a few hours, a day, or a few days. It allows us to get clear on what worked, what didn’t work, and what we would change if we were to re-do the whole thing, knowing what we now know.
But then the window closes, and it becomes time to get back to it.
Reflection has a place, but not an ongoing one.
If all of our attention goes to the past, it’s hard to focus on the present and the work that needs to be done.
