In drawing there’s a technique called “negative space.”
Instead of drawing the object, you draw the negative spaces around it.
Soon, you stand back and you’re left with something that looks kinda like the chair.
When I come to your business or your service, I do it because of how it makes me feel. Your work makes me feel good about myself in some way…
You can do this in three ways:
- You can help me cement who I think I am (this is who we are)
- You can help me transform into the person I want to be, (this is who we’re becoming!)
- You can help me position further away from the person I’m clearly not (That’s not us!)
We work with you because of how it makes us feel.
All of these can help us feel better.
The negatives can be just as important as the positives.
