The only question really, is what are you selling?

  • An idea (let’s go to the movies)
  • A change (action, donations)
  • A point of view
  • A product
  • A service
  • A feeling
  • An experience

Some sales involve a financial exchange, others a time, or energetic exchange.

Either way, understanding (and embracing) the process of relationship, enrolment, tension and opportunity is critical if you want anything to happen.
