In endurance training, you get all sorts of out of body experiences.
Sometimes if you run yourself totally out of fuel, it’ll feel like your body is still running like an automatic skeleton, and you’re hovering above it.
If you do a long enough meditation retreat, you can feel like you’re floating into the galaxy sometimes.
If we breathe really fast, we can see colours.
And finally, if you don’t eat for a day or two, you’ll definitely feel razor sharp.
Heightened states of awareness? Moving up a ladder of consciousness? Maybe.
Could just be a stress response.
What we’d like to be happening, what we think is happening, and what is actually happening are sometimes different.
And whether it’s in our health or business, it’s helpful to look closely, so we can adjust accordingly.
